About CRH Dressage

Cassidy Hageman is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist with a methodical, positive, and upbeat approach to horse and rider athlete development. Cassidy has had a passion for horses since she took her first steps- and has always had her heart set on making a lifelong career out of helping horses. With over 15 years of experience working in the field- Cassidy has been training professionally for almost 10 years.

Through her own brand, CRH Dressage- Cassidy’s daily mission is to carefully develop confident horses and riders that align with achieving and advancing their goals while enjoying and understanding the process along the way. 

Cassidy’s years of experience working closely with young thoroughbreds on the racetrack and performance horses have inspired her and given her a solid foundation training horses from the very first steps. Cassidy has trained her personal horse, Steffen, from the very beginning and is now on the road to FEI. Cassidy specializes in building a correct foundation and giving equine athletes the best possible physical and mental foundation for their job.

CRH dressage aims for horse and rider duos that enrich one another in an encouraging and inclusive environment. Cassidy constantly seeks out new ways to improve her system, elevate her degree of education, supports her team and her clients, and is there with you every step of the way.

Cassidy is always continuing her own education by attending clinics, seeking out additional programs and certifications, as well as investing in her own strength and fitness outside of the saddle by attending regular personal training at Soldierfit Frederick and Pilates.

Cassidy attended the Young Rider Graduate Program in Florida for 2024, and is actively in the USDF ‘L’ program with plans on becoming a judge. 

If she is not in the barn- you will find Cassidy visiting her hometown in Buffalo New York (Go Bills), spending time with her family and friends, cuddled up with her dogs, at the gym, or watching true crime.
